including everything you expect from WeeM! - Multiple tracks of programs to keep you stimulated, intellectually and/or in other ways

- Lots of scheduled tournaments, including our annual poker and Pub Trivia tournaments and nightly Werewolf.
- Pun-tastic costumes in our Friday night costume contest. Come see your fellow Mensans all decked out in some very imaginative costumes!
- Extend your pinkies during Saturday night’s Pretentious Drinking or enjoy strange samples at the Epicurean Experience. This year, The Mensa Foundation is generously sponsoring the sweets table at Pretentious Drinking. Stop by or attend their Meet & Greet to find out more about the year-round work Mensa Foundation does to unleash intelligence for the benefit of humanity.

Mensa members can also sign up for the CHICAGO AREA MENSA WEEM NOTIFY community (aka email list) to get email updates (no more than one a month, except during the 30 days prior to WeeM). CHICAGO AREA MENSA WEEM NOTIFY is a community in Mensa Connect. If you haven't used Mensa Connect, visit our Group E-Mails webpage to learn more about using it.
To join, visit Mensa Connect My Communities which gives you access to the Communities in Mensa Connect. Use the search input field at the top of Mensa Connect My Communities page and enter "WeeM" followed by tapping/clicking on the button. If you are a member, you'll see member to the left under CHICAGO AREA MENSA WEEM NOTIFY. Otherwise you’ll see a Join button on the right that enables you to do that.
If you are a member, to remove yourself from the community or to change your email address/frequency just for this community, tap/click on the CHICAGO AREA MENSA WEEM NOTIFY community name, and then tap/click on the Settings button to the right of CHICAGO AREA MENSA WEEM NOTIFY. You’ll see the options shown in the image to the right where your email address for this community will be displayed in the grayed-out area.

Come to WeeM to have fun with over 500 fellow Mensans from all over the world and their
guests. Play games, attend seminars, Compete in tournaments including Trivia and Logic Puzzles, dance, talk, eat, drink,
volunteer,
and laugh. Check out the photos to see what
happened in past years. Once you come to WeeM, like many past attendees, you’ll
be under its magical spell, returning every year.

If you preregistered but your payment was not received by
October 17,
no discounts for which you may have
qualified will be honored and you must pay the at-the-door rate.
Come to HalloweeM and register at the door if you haven’t preregister.
Included in your registration fee are meals, snacks, and libations all available in Hospitality.
The
Westin Chicago North Shore Hotel
in Wheeling has comfortable living quarters, a very accommodating, friendly staff,
and plenty of space.
Multiple tracks to keep you intellectually stimulated and entertained
are being offered and special annual events like our infamous Costume Contest
and Pretentious Drinking.
24-hour gaming in a dedicated room.
We are pleased to
offer you and your kids a wide variety of activities throughout the long
weekend. Babysitting will be offered for certain periods of time.
